What is the minimum for a wholesale order?
Our minimum order for first time wholesale clients is 1 kilo (1000 Grams). Our pricing structures work on a per gram basis of $1.35-USD for plain silver, and $1.40-USD for items with stones set. Some items are sold by piece depending on how complicated they are to make. These prices fluctuate daily with the silver market, and currency exchange rates. Large orders receive even deeper discount! Contact us if you need large quantities.
This means on average you will receive $2700.00-USD worth of retail product at a 50%+ discount. If you purchase $5000.00-USD worth of retail product your cost will drop even more. It's so easy! $1350.00-USD dollars gets you started and
a $5000.00-US orders qualify for the deeper discount structure.
How does your wholesale pricing work?
The prices shown online on our website represent
retail prices. Our discounts apply to those prices and are exclusive of any
specials or online discounts we may offer from time to time. In general, if
you order more than 20 pieces of one individual product you will be eligible to receive
additional discounts. In simple terms, the discounts we offer are the maximum
prices that you will pay, and are not necessarily the actual prices that you will
pay.
Because we are a manufacturer, Distributor there are many factors
that determine our prices - the cost of silver, the cost of casting
and stones, foreign currency exchange rates, and so forth. All of these fluctuate every day. In addition, based on the mix of products that you
order, we often can reduce our costs as a result of efficiencies in
materials purchasing and production scheduling.
We do not process wholesale orders automatically on
our website because we want to offer you the lowest prices that we possibly
can. After we have had a chance to review the exact details of your order, we
will apply any, and all available discounts and give you a quote with firm
prices.
How can
I place a wholesale order?
1) Register for a wholesale account by emailing us.
Tell us a bit about your business needs, and request
information on wholesale pricing.
2)
You can then look at our website and select the designs, sizes and quantities you need, then
send the list of the
items which will automatically include stock numbers, quantities, sizes, etc.
3) We then review your order and send you a
quote together with estimated shipping charges and an estimated
shipping date. We will also ask you to send us the information that we need
to open your account.
4) Tell us if you accept the quote or
if thereare any changes you would like to make. We will re-offer price quotes until you are satisfied.
5) After you accept a quote, we
will send you a Sales Order for final approval.
What are your delivery times for a wholesale order?
After you have approved the Sales Quote and remitted
payment, we enter your order into our production scheduling system and can
give you an estimated shipping date. Most orders can be processed in two
to three weeks, but if you order large quantities of certain products, production may
take as long as four weeks.
How do you ship wholesale orders and what are the
charges?
When we send your quotation, we offer shipping Via: UPS, Fed-X, or by Express Mail Service (EMS). The method that we will recommend depends on your location, the type and
value of the products, as well as the size and weight of the package. We always
require insurance for FULL value. If you have a
different preferred shipper (such as DHL, or TNT), we will do our
best to accommodate your request.
Once you have decided how you want us to
ship, we calculate the exact cost based on the value, weight, and size of
your package and include the charge in the Sales Order for your final
approval. We do NOT markup shipping or insurance charges. You will be charged exactly the shipping fee we pay with nothing added.
Will I have to pay customs duties or other import fees?
Customs regulations and duty rates vary from country
to country, so the answer to this question depends on where you live. For
the United States, products that do not use silver or gold are duty-free
under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP).
Products that do use
silver or gold are subject to 5.5% duty unless the value is less than $1.50
per piece, in which case these too are duty-free under the GSP. We supply
complete shipping documentation with every order, so you can be confident
that your order will clear customs quickly, you will not be charged duty on
products that should be duty-fee, and you will be charged the lowest
possible rate for products that are subject to duty.
If you choose shipping by an international courier
service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.) they will charge you a brokerage fee
for clearing your package through customs. Each courier service has its own
way to calculate this fee, but it usually is in the range US$20-30. With
EMS, your country's postal service is responsible for clearing the package
and there is no additional charge.
What are your payment terms?
For wholesale orders ,our terms are payment of
50% at the time you accept our Sales Order. The
remaining 50% payment is due prior to shipment. We cannot ship an order before receiving
payment in full.
To ensure maximum security, we request
that you remit payment by bank wire transfer or deposit direct into our US bank account. It is very easy to make deposits to us as we do hold a US bank account. In the case that you prefer to make a wire transfer, you simply go to your bank and tell them that you want to
transfer money to us. They will give you a form to fill out, you pay them
the amount to be transferred plus their service fee, and that's it. The
money is sent via rapid inter-bank transfer systems and we will receive
it in 2-3 business days usually. It is important that you tell your bank that all
service fees -- including any fees that may be charged by your bank's
correspondent bank -- are to be paid by the sender (you), not the
beneficiary (us). Otherwise, the service fees will be deducted from the
amount that you transfer and we will receive an incorrect amount causing this to be added to your totals.
Because the service fees for a bank wire transfer are
typically in the range US$20-30, you may prefer to pay by credit card. We
can accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or any major credit
card through PayPal on small orders. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders due to the constant changing currency exchange rates. Because we sell at low margins, if you choose to pay by
credit card, we must recover the fee charged by PayPal. For Visa, Master Card,
and Euro Card, the fee is 3%. We recommend that you compare the relative costs of
remitting payment by bank wire transfer vs. credit card before making a
decision.
When we send you the Sales Order, we will include all the
information you need to remit payment by deposit to our US bank, wire transfer, or by credit
card. If you do decide to pay by credit card, PayPal ensures that your
card information will be 100% safe and private. Your credit card
information is stored with them not us. We never see or have access
ever to any of your sensitive information .
What is your policy on returns?
Our jewelry passes through multiple quality control inspections prior to
shipment and is 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the rare
case that you do receive a defective item (and it does happen, despite all
our efforts to avoid it), you may request a replacement, refund
the cost of the item, or issue a credit which will be applied to your next order.
